The most common critique of Google Forms that I hear from teachers is that you cannot add images, and my most common response is, wait. Google has an uncanny ability to gauge and respond to customer demand in a way that leaves them surprised and enhances the already open and intuitive nature of their products. My next piece of advice is, use it or lose it. Google also tracks the analytics of all their products and continues to develop their products for the majority of their customer base, much to the frustration of power users at times, but more often than not comes back with a better product.
